CAD-BIM management - supporting a team of Engineers, Coordinators, BIM Managers, and Designers.I get to work with a multitude of BIM models from different Architectural and Engineering firms. From receiving the models and cleaning the files, to setting up projects for collaboration and clash detection, to custom content and Add-In development, to daily support and maintenance. I get to experience the many different angles a BIM designer will go through in building their model. I have a healthy understanding of how the software works which allows me to support our team by keeping the projects clean, maintained and moving forward; allowing the design team to focus more on the design and not the software.

I started my career as a draftsman for Cisco-Eagle, a material handling company and worked my way up to Systems Specialist, responsible for the design and implementation for a variety of conveyor, material handling & storage projects. I also established the roll of CAD Manager where I was responsible for the creation and maintenance of CAD standards for the Little Rock office.
