WickSynergy LLC is the newest name for what I do as an agricultural consultant. My background in plant physiology combined with a knowledge from studying the literature and field research and practical application of soil management and chemistry, irrigation, plant nutrition and farm practices equips me to approach agricultural production problems from several directions. This synergy of knowledge and approaches helps me find workable solutions that growers can effectively and efficiently use.

Involved in product registration in the US as well as providing some technical product background.

A 3000 acre organic farm growing alfalfa, wheat, peas, beans, spinach, winter squash, and corn. Have helped evaluate current production practices and revised them to reduce inputs and increase production. Change fertility and irrigation programs to meet best production practices for each crop. Production and quality have increased over the four period.

This grower has a mixture of organic and conventional ground. Have researched and developed improved production practices that resulted in increased yield and quality of crop. Crops included sweet onions, spinach, winter squash, peas, dry beans, seed alfalfa, and wheat.

Consult on crop management and operations, plant nutrition, irrigation management, and new crop programs. Worked with this group on a large organic farm development project in Nicaragua.
