CurrentDesigned, built, and produced a large-scale cross-platform SaaS solution in the medical industry. Led and managed a project including 20+ engineers. Project included converting from an old codebase language into a hybrid database, modernized UI/UX web application. Responsibilities included mentoring engineers, learning new technologies in effort to enhance or improve processes, from written code to ci/cd pipelines and infrastructure.Overseeing the general efficiency of the team and infrastructure in a company involving 150+ members in the division. Designed and implemented many methods to enhance scalability, large dataset queries, and user experience. Coordinated and collaborated with clients, executives, and other various departments for maximum efficiency across the spectrum of an application.Using an AI assistant, self-taught Python and created multiple scripts to handle several complex, project-wide changes, preventing hundreds of man hours with manual changes.Refactored and repurposed code from a large scale windows application to a modernized Angular Web App, fueling more efficiency and workflows.Reworked the electronic Medical Administration Record module, reducing load times from >30 seconds with several second delays throughout, to <5 seconds and no delay.
