My practice also involves those areas of law that interact with the RMA - including public and administrative law, local government law, conservation law, mining law and reserves law.In my career I have advised and advocated for a diverse client base, including corporates, individuals, unincorporated groups, tangata whenua, industry groups, environmental groups and local authorities. I have worked in private practice and in-house roles. This range of experience allows me to see issues from many perspectives, which in turn enables me to assist clients in anticipating what might arise and how that might best be addressed.My practice includes providing strategic and pragmatic advice as to the potential risks and rewards of litigation and the resources required to meaningfully participate in it.
