I am currently a senior strategy manager at Sila Nanotechnologies, which focuses on engineering advanced battery materials to accelerate the green energy transition. Specifically, I am responsible for tackling strategic problems and GTM initiatives to help Sila scale from the labs to commercial production. In addition, I also lead multiple strategic customer engagements and supports the technical deployment of Sila's products. Previously, I was a Project Leader at BCG, where I led teams of data scientists, consultants and engineers to define product strategy based on customer needs. I focused on GTM strategy and implementation, pricing strategy, and digital transformation projects for clients in B2B SaaS, technology, industrial goods and automotive sectors. During my time at BCG, I also worked as a product manager in BCG X (Digital Venture) to build and ship multiple software products including: an AI-propensity tool to improve sales expansion efforts, a predictive maintenance application for truck fleets, and a mobile app for patients to manage their care history.
