Conducted in-depth financial modeling, due diligence, and valuations to inform executive strategy.Leadership & Mentorship: Managed and mentored a team of 8 Senior Financial Analysts, guiding them on complex analysis, modeling, and reporting standards. Developed onboarding and training processes to accelerate team proficiency and improve departmental efficiency.Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborated with finance, compliance, and operational leaders to ensure seamless integration of financial data and compliance with reporting protocols.
