Principal Accountabilities:- •Specific Duties: Responsible for maintaining Rig Stores for upcoming Rigs in orderly fashion to ATWD standard and providing training to new Store Keepers in Rig Max computer inventory and maximo maintenance programme with following job responsibilities:-•Requisition materials and maintain inventory of all capital equipment and rig supplies.•Maintain strict control over the computerized inventory control system.•Responsible for conducting weekly counts to ensure inventory accuracy.•Doing Cyclic count inventory and present the Report to OIM and forward a copy to Head of Warehouse at ATWD Head office in Houston.•Initiate required reports and forms associated with materials system including all ordering, stock replenishments, receiving, issuing, transferring and warehousing of equipment supplies.•Responsible for tracking any and all equipment sent in for repair or storage.•Liaise with Atwood Houston Office.•Responsible for the issuing, receiving, transferring and inventorying of equipment and supplies.•Committed to working safely as per ATW safety operating procedures and in accordance with DUPONT STOP Program.•Responsible for maintaining office and entire storeroom in clean and orderly fashion.•Responsible for correcting and/or reporting any unsafe condition or act reporting all observations and corrections to the HSEO and the OIM.•Responsible for maintaining accurate inventories on all rig tubular goods.
