I served as Flaster Greenberg's Chairman of the Board and immediate past managing shareholder and chief operating officer. I am a member of the firm’s Corporate and Tax Departments where I have a business practice with a concentration in federal and state taxation, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (involving both public and privately held companies), estate planning and administration, and healthcare law. I'm also a certified public accountant. I'm admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Tax Court. As an attorney and certified public accountant, I also often lecture on on tax, estate, corporate and healthcare-related topics.
