Managed and responsible for negotiating (with our M&A advisor) the financial details of the acquisition of the trade and assets of Hudson Sandler Ltd by Hudson Sandler LLP from Huntsworth Plc.Managed and responsible for producing Business Transfer Agreement (with our Lawyers), Partnership agreement and ancillary legal documents to facilitate the acquisition.Member of the Board from an initial position of Financial Controller to COO, working alongside the CEO and Chairman on strategy and financial implications of all decision making.Responsible for all normal financial tasks you would expect including: monthly presentation to the Board; monthly forecasting, annual budgeting; 3/5 years plans – all requiring Plc sign off; all contracts (client, supplier and employee); and leases.
