According to orders on hand to make sure material ready and arrange manufacture orders daily. Work with supplier, warehouse, production and transportation team to make sure orders are finished and shipped out on time.1. Production plan: Collect and validate forecast from marketing，work with relative department to make draft long and media term production plan;2. Production orders release: Convert sales orders to manufacture orders, release adequate orders according to shipping date and certain production rules, upload production information to MES. Optimize orders arrangement according to material availability, orders on hand and capacity to improve production efficiency, avoid line down and stock scrap.3.Production control: Monitor output to make sure orders are produced as planned and in planned sequence. Assist production team to solve any problem during production and take action to avoid any delay.4.Order Handling: Release purchase order, track order confirmation and shipment. Expedite orders to cope with the changes of production schedule and customer requirement. 5. Supplier management：Monitor and report supplier delivery performance, take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. 6. Stock control：Carry out inventory analysis, take actions to keep healthy stock and DIN target.7. Shipment arrangement: maintenance system information according to output and do shipment for domestic goods in SAP. Meet container loading ratio target when ship out export goods. Change shipping mode according to customer requirement and share transportation information timely.
