Here, I am responsible for compliance and certification, interpreting and recommending policies and regulations, teacher recruitment and staffing, salary, wage and leave administration and employee communications. I conduct interviews for all positions, as I have specialized interview training with the Haberman Star Teacher and, Ventures for Excellence teacher interview processes. I have been responsible for various other duties including serving as designated Grievance and Expulsion Officer for district. I have been a Campus Principal, Assistant Principal, Alternative Education Director and Teacher.
