Supervise, train and support Design Consultants. Create processes to streamline procedures. Manage and organize all aspects of model homes. Attend Ops/Timeline meetings and ensure selection deadlines are met or exceeded. Maintain Design Studio products, materials and continued education for Design Consultants. Coordinate building multi-million dollar custom homes from sales through closing. Create budgets, change orders and purchase orders while maintaining desired GP. Oversee engineering, architectural changes, permitting, vendor bidding, homeowner selection process, bank draws, closings and invoice discrepancies. Perform architectural review meeting, coordinate with Interior Designers and partner with Construction Managers.Maintain Florida Notary designation.

Coordinated construction of custom residential homes from sales through closing. Designed custom plans, requested and approved vendor bids, executed all contracts, maintained legal files, and managed draw requests. Assisted homeowners with amenity and specification selections. Wrote and executed all change orders. Worked closely with Construction Manager to oversee construction. Was homeowner's sole contact from pre-sale through warranty. Placed all advertising for 2 years, including website updates, print advertising, trade shows, HBA Parade of Homes and Showcase of Homes submittal process, literature and mailers.Held active Real Estate License in good standing in Wisconsin from 2000 - 2005 as well as Notary.
