After 20 years filming food / travel and environmental films around the world I now own hotel Mas De La Serra in Matarraña region of Spain near Valencia - Listed in the 'Top 20 mountain retreats' The Times. The hotel is on a 60 acre farm producing wild truffles and organic almonds. I also own Wild Almond Ltd a travel agency in the UK.
