Member of the New Zealand Senior Leadership Team, managed a significant programme of work to deliver Orion Health’s Enterprise patient administration system (PAS) to all public hospitals across the South Island of New Zealand. Delivered New Zealand's first truly regional PAS, spanning Canterbury and Nelson-Marlborough regions. When fully implemented, Enterprise will replace eight existing patient administration systems, supporting the care for over 1 million people.
