Providing IT support and services for home users and businesses in and around the Edinburgh area.Services include Web design (HTML, CSS, and PHP), PC repair and upgrades/rebuilds, imaging installs and backups, network security, network installations, email setup and administration including IMAP, and home/business tuition in Windows (all versions), Mac OS, MS Office and other key software, hardware and support packages. This requires excellent time management and planning skills, a professional attitude and an ability to explain things clearly without using technical jargon and quick and precise troubleshooting and resolution skills. It also requires taking responsibility for dealing with client's sensitive information, files, computers and other hardware critical to their business's success, this requires a strong understanding of preventative and sustainable solutions to common IT issues to protect their business systems. This work involves visiting clients at their own homes or work places and so requires me to be very flexible and adaptable to their schedules and needs.

Employed in Australia for a year selling electricity and gas to consumers, which involved dealingwith an extremely wide range of people and circumstances. During my time there I received a salesaward and gained “Train the Trainer” certification.

Employed within the sales department of a retail computer sales outlet to solve software andhardware problems for clients, either in person or over the phone. I also helped managed thestore's Network and PC’s and was responsible for stock maintenance.
