Fahad is a highly qualified financial executive having over 20 years of extensive and diversified experience in finance, accounting, project management, and investments. In addition to being a CFA Charterholder, he has a golden set of internationally recognized qualifications and certificates such as INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance (IDP-C), SOCPA, CMA, MBA, Dip in Islamic Finance, ACCA Certificate in IFRS CertIFR, and and COSO ERM Certificate. He spent the first 10 years of his career life starting from 2000 in STC the biggest telecommunication company in MENA region carrying over different roles and assignments. Early 2011 he moved to work with two of the biggest Saudi national projects where he spent total of three years in managing accounting functions, these projects are SATORP and Maaden Aluminum that are owned by Saudi Aramco and MAADEN respectively. In April 2014 Fahad was appointed as CFO in a publicly listed company which is SPIMACO ADDWAEIH the biggest pharmaceutical company in KSA. After three years in April 2017 he was appointed as CFO of National Housing Company (NHC) which is a newly established holding company owned by Ministry of Housing as its investment arm.Fahad is an independent board member and NRC Member at Mouwasat Medical Services Company a publicly listed health care company and he is also the former chairman of the Audit Committee at Solidarity Saudi Takaful Company a publicly listed insurance company, in addition to being a former member in the board of trustees and Audit Committee Member at Developmental Housing Foundation.In 2018, he attended two executive development programs, first one at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. The Emerging CFO: Strategic Financial Leadership Program a well-known program provides senior finance executives with insights and tools to make better strategic financial decisions, build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and assess their own personal leadership styles to become more effective leader, the second one at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Oxford Real Estate Programme a well-known program for those looking to develop knowledge of global best practice in real estate, strategic thinking and business propositions in real estate.
