- Responsible for contracts with third parties (organizers and partners) in coordination with other departments (drafting, sending, filing, follow-up, etc).- Responsible for the CEV Regulatory Framework (drafting, coordinating and adjusting proposed changes, harmonizing content and layout, etc.).- Responsible for disciplinary cases (investigating, collaborating with other departments, reporting, supporting decision making, drafting the letters).- Responsible for supporting the CEV Bodies (Legal Chamber, Legal Commission, Board of Administration, etc.).- Responsible for monitoring, assessing and preventing from any legal risks arising from the European and/or national laws (i.e. data protection, ip rights, etc.).- Responsible of the data protection and compliance to the GDPR,- Responsible for monitoring, assessing and preventing from any legal risks arising from practice, change of regulations and/or national laws of the European countries.- Collaborate with the FIVB Legal department.- Responsible for assisting and supporting the other CEV departments in their day-to-day-business.- Responsible for representing the federation In front of the FIVB as well as the Court of Arbitration for Sport (in disciplinary cases/financial disputes or international transfers).- Responsible for Managing the financial dispute procedure in line with the FIVB regulations
