As the Senior Director Technical Services for US Poultry and Nutritional Health at Elanco, I lead a team of technical experts who provide scientific support and solutions to our customers and partners in the animal health industry. With a PhD in Microbiology and 15+ years of experience in this field, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing animal health and nutrition, and how to deliver innovative and evidence-based products and services that improve animal health and welfare, as well as human health and food security.I have a proven track record of success in marketing strategy, technical leadership, and talent management, having previously served as the Global Marketing Director for Nutritional Health at Elanco, and the North America Sales and Technical Director for Animal Health and Nutrition at DuPont. In these roles, I developed and executed global and regional marketing plans, managed key accounts and partnerships, and coached and mentored high-performing teams. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of animal nutrition and health, and I am committed to collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams to achieve our shared goals and vision.
