In my leadership roles of B2C companies over the last 15 years I have gained deep experience and understanding of offshoring and outsourcing in South Africa and across the world. As part of this I identified an opportunity to build a new business that would abolish the pain points I have personally experienced when outsourcing thousands of customer service, inbound and outbound sales, or back-office administration roles. I wanted to open up a new sector serving SMEs and large organisations across the UK where the current BPO model that every incumbent offers does not work or appeal anymore.I started amplify5 to provide rapid, scalable, and flexible solutions at significant cost savings over UK based operations. amplify5 brings deep operational experience in the BPO sector, across retail, energy, telco, travel and more as well as a unique ability to drive staff engagement and results in transformational change for its clients. I am quickly growing a new sector by serving SME customers who are new to offshoring, bringing new global companies to Cape Town for the first time, while also working to expand the operations of companies already in South Africa. I am creating ‘offshoring as a service’.
