VAE Hair was founded in July 2012 by partners Alastair and Jordan. Since then the salon has won multiple prestigious awards including the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Eastern Region and most recently has been named a finalist in the British Hairdressing Awards.​We pride ourselves on individuality and have stylists who come from all backgrounds. Some have worked abroad whilst others bring with them a wealth of experience from London salons. Our stylists enjoy and specialise in different areas of hairdressing allowing us to be able to pair you with the perfect stylist and offer you a bespoke service.​Training is the key to our success. Our hair artists receive training to develop them throughout their career. This training is in house and nationwide to ensure our stylists are always at the forefront of new trends and that they are working to a technically high standard. Many of our stylists have won awards, are part of external art teams, worked at London fashion week or have traveled the world to present on stage for famous brands such as L'Oreal. ​VAE Hair brings the ethos of a London salon to much less stressful surroundings. We aim to provide a luxurious journey whilst providing the highest level of hair advise and services.

The Fellowship Academy of Merit and Excellence is an annual initiative that was created to nurture, encourage and promote an elite group of young, up-and-coming hairdressers in all aspects of the industry. Offering unique exposure and a possible platform for future stardom, the F.A.M.E Team is the UK hairdressing industry's original, and still the best, independent launch platform for young creative stylists.

The brainchild of Craig Chapman and Ashleigh Hodges; Hairdotcom brings together talented hairdressers from across the globe, no matter what salon or brand they work for.The team work on everything from education for brands such as Redken, Matrix and ghd, to TV work for The Voice. They also cover celebrity hair and make-up for the Emmys, Cannes Film Festival, Broadway and the West End, as well as beauty campaigns and editorial work.It’s not just the creative work that Hairdotcom will be focusing on, there is also a big education element to the brand. Teaching everything from the perfect foil placement to wig work for creatives and health care, and from colour trends to men’s hair to Avant Garde and well-being retreat days.
