Joint role as Director and Lead Consultant including period managing SAP Technical Team. Designed and developed managed services for customers to provide full end to end infrastructure support from operating system through to SAP and ensure 100% uptime.Throughout career maintained lead technical knowledge including early implementation of SAP XI (now PI) and Solution Manager. Joined board as Technical Director in 1999 to take full responsibility of company infrastructure. Full time role to agree and set financial performance and growth for the company, recruitment and challenge or agree direction of organisation. Roles throughout the period included full responsibility for SAP Support Services including engaging with customers at all stages of the sales and marketing lifecycle.Executed successful projects to commission and implement large scale back office infrastructure refreshes including selection of IP telephony, LAN, WAN and server blade farms with SANs across two geographic data centres. Managed infrastructure growth from 8 to over 150 personnel across UK wide locations and all associated systems. Successfully executed complete office refurbishment and upgrade across three floors.Developed and introduced hosting and shared services as a product for small oil and gas operators, aviation and higher education.Development, responsibility and achievement of certification in ISO 27001 and 20000 for organisation in 2012.Rapid growth of organisation led to detailed business analysis sessions for which I became Programme Manager for successful implementation of changes in 2013.

Developed global standards for ABAP programming and technical management for major oil and gas operator to be utilised for new worldwide rollout. Performed sizing, implementation and support across Europe and Asia including for subsequent country go-lives WAN analysis and support across multiple continents. Technical Team Lead for Absoft Limited to recruit personnel and grow skillset for organisation. Consultant for additional industries including public sector and manufacturing. Performed live disaster recovery from US to UK for global electronics manufacturer following unplanned complete system loss.

Extended skillset to SAP BASIS to provide implementation support to major US oil and gas operator. Performed upgrades of SAP R/3 to new release including industry solutions for oil and gas.

Developed and supported a new time writing module in SAP for one of the first ever oil and gas SAP R/3 customers prior to the existance of HR. Selected to develop and performed data migration including successful cutover for largest North Sea oil and gas operator. Provided support and development\​analysis skills to several oil and gas operators across finance, logistics and plant maintenance function modules.
