I am presently working as Assistant professor, belongs to Centre of Marketing in KCT businessschool. I have 15 years of experience in academics & worked in service sector for 2 years. I havecompleted my doctorate program and awarded with a doctorate degree recently (2019) by Bharathiar University. Exploring challenges and prospective in the area of online learning (MOOC)is my major area of research.The study basically address the major issues faced in completing online courses and providessuitable strategies to overcome such issues.
