I'm currently a Subcontracts Manager in the aerospace industry and have obtained my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I have almost ten years of experience in procurement and contract management. In 2019, I obtained my MBA through the Pepperdine Graziadio Business school and completed my courses with an emphasis in Leadership and Organizational Change. At the end of 2020, I became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. I am very passionate about the role Change Management plays in the successful implementation of any workplace changes, large or small. Further, career development is an interest of mine. I am currently the Co-Chair of a human capital growth, retention, and development program. This offers employees different ways to invest in their career and grow professionally. I am in the process of scaling this from a program serving 800 to being an institutional program for thousands of employees.
