I am an accomplished executive, manager, and leader in the telecommunications industry with experience spanning operations, sales & marketing, product development, revenue assurance, strategic definition, and execution. My leadership has resulted in profitable growth through a focus on customer satisfaction, employee motivation, cost reduction, revenue expansion, and disciplined project execution. I am passionate about ideas and am drawn to dynamic telecommunications environments that require innovation, collaboration, and focus on growth. Currently, I serve as CEO of FiberComm, a full-service telecommunications and broadband provider operating in Sioux City, IA and the surrounding area.Previously, I served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Element Mobile with full operational and P&L responsibility. I was recruited by Element Mobile and began work in June of 2010 leading product and pricing efforts for a small team tasked with launching the carrier. Through the years, that role at Element was expanded by assisting with work on policy, strategy, finance, regulation, communication, vendor management, marketing, business opportunities, and other critical projects. In November 2012, the Board of Directors asked me to lead the company.Prior to Element Mobile, I held a position with United Wireless in Dodge City, KS, focusing on our growing wireless carrier operation. My telecom roots began in Mitchell, SD at Martin & Associates (later Martin Group, now CHR) where I supported the operations of our wireline and wireless carrier clients.In addition to telecommunications, I have also served in two branches of the military, have experience in advertisement, production, and banking, have owned several small businesses, and have been a performing musician for over 20 years. I avidly support children’s programs, contribute and participate in charitable functions, and take great pride in coaching youth soccer and basketball.
