Social studies is at the heart of my curriculum with all the other subjects spinning off in a synchronous way.I love the sound of the busy classroom. Each child is engaged and moving toward their own potential. There is collaboration and question asking. We are a community of learners. Students have ownership of the room and their school experience. I show them doors and the children open them.#ZPDTeaching keeps me young and hopeful.
