Network Operations Center Engineer
Currentβ’ Outage Management: Efficiently manage system outages through timely escalation and communication with management and stakeholders.β’ NOC Operations: Oversee daily activities, including fault management, performance monitoring, configuration, and service provisioning across various mobile network elements.β’ Continuous Monitoring: Ensure service availability by actively monitoring network alarms and escalating critical faults in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).β’ Provide 1st/2nd line technical support, incident management, and circuit and hardware monitoring.β’ Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and periodic network reviews.β’ Develop and optimize the network management platform, establishing operational procedures and support documentation.
