  1. Check and confirm the orders, monitor and track the PO and program deliverables are met.2. Responsible of daily operating efficiency of project Management and account Management with focus in inter-departmental dynamics & management of customer requirements.3. Responsible for leading a Cross Functional Team (including SMT Process engineer, IE, TE, QA, PMC, PUR,Store ,Shipping ,Accountor) to ensure closed loop communication and execution, to better define & maintain efficient manufacturing process to produce products that meet customer requirements;5.To work closely with the customer for new order (new product or new process transfer) to plant.6. Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.9.Deal with customer complains & enquiry,work with engineer leader to provide the solution to customer;10. Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various levels of complexity.
