Bakir is an executive with over 14 years of experience in leading and delivering successful campaigns, projects, and events that enhance brand awareness, reputation, and engagement. Currently the CEO and Principal Consultant of Charter Public Relations, a strategic communications agency that provides comprehensive comms services to clients in various sectors, he is also a Board Member at the Condominium Authority of Ontario, where he oversees the governance and operations of the organization that regulates and protects the interests of condo owners and residents in the province. Additionally, he serves as the President of the Canadian Iraqi Affairs Council (CIAC), a non-profit organization that promotes the social, cultural, and economic of relationship between the two countries and supports the development and democracy of Iraq. Bakir is passionate about using his skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the communities he serves and the fields he works in.
