The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is an award-winning international think-tank aiming to conduct cutting-edge, independent research on European foreign and security policy. It provides a safe meeting space for decision-makers, activists, and political influencers to share ideas and build coalitions for change at the European level.Responsibilities: Oversee day to day operations, planning and delivery in ECFR’s network structure in 8 countries. Coordinates the Senior Management Team (since 2010). Lead on all aspects of governance, with specific responsibility for the Board’s Executive and Membership Committees. Oversee financial management and annual fundraising strategy.  Lead on the engagement of the ECFR Council. Head ECFR London Office Manage the Senior Director for Finance & Operations; the Senior Director for Strategic Partnership; the HR team, the Board & Council liaison team and the Heads of National Offices. Represent ECFR externally as required.
