I have a degree in Catalan studies from Université de Perpignan Via Domitia, where I developed my passion for languages and cultures. I joined Teleperformance as a Trainer and Nesting Supervisor for the GoDaddy campaign in 2021, where I successfully implemented the training plan and transitioned the project to production. I am now a Certified Trainer for the Stripe project, where I deliver classroom training, improve training materials as a instructional designer and coach new hires and existing agents in workshops.As a Trainer, I use my skills in classroom delivery, coaching, and training plans to ensure the quality and performance of the Stripe project. I work with a diverse and talented team of trainers, supervisors, leaders, and account managers to support the project's goals and objectives. I am motivated by the opportunity to help others learn and grow, and to bring my cultural and linguistic perspectives to the team. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of Teleperformance.
