Alban's passion for psychology and mindfulness, and the benefits they can have on the well-being and performance of athletes, is clear to see. He is engaging and likeable, which allows him to easily break through barriers that athletes can create when asked to try something new or different. He exudes calm and has great rapport with his colleagues that he delivers with. What impressed me most was the amount of preparation he and his colleagues do for sessions with our fencing athletes; although fencing is a sport they are unfamiliar with they clearly put it the effort to understand the game before working with the athletes. As a Leader, Alban will be successful because he clearly values the people that he works with. He would be an asset to any team and I am happy to give him my full recommendation."
