I am a Project Management Specialist with a Teaching Background. I recently joined the Tessenderlo Group, as PMO Manager for the ICT Team.I have been working the past 12 years in various companies (Renault, Oriflame, Solvay) around Europe and have developed in the course of my career a strong interest and expertise in Project Management Methodologies, including Risks Assessment, Business Plan drafting, Resources and Budget Planning, Project Management IT Tools, Project Organisation and Coordination and KPIs and Project Portfolio Management.I have had the opportunity to work in the Automotive and the Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industries, and more particularly in the Supply Chain Area. I easily adapt to new organizations and eager to work in other sector of activities.Specialties: I have solid knowledge in all aspects of PM methodologies, from the implementation of the IT tools to PM best practices and processes, Resources and Budget Management, Training and User support and Facilitation of PM meetings.I am familiar with the classic Windows package (Excel, PP, Word).
