During the fellowship program, the study included several practical titles:- Islamic Finance Specialist: We studied the principles of Islamic banking, and the foundations of services for brokerage firms, cooperative insurance, and zakat accounting.- Islamic Finance Adviser: We discussed Islamic finance contracts, bank treasury transactions, applications of Islamic deed and Sharia supervision.- Financial Dispute Settlement Specialist: We learned how to arbitration and mediation in settling financial disputes, the foundations of advocacy, consultancy, and contract drafting, and the applications of banking and finance disputes and securities disputes.

Most notable achievements:- Familiarization with the legal pleading system and its executive regulations, the commercial justice system, work regulations, the anti-money laundering crimes system and other local regulations.- Dealing with different defense memorandums: memorandum of action, memorandum of appeal, and memorandum of cassation.- My case studying approach: read, arrange, and analyze all case documents. Then determine the competent court. after that, filing the lawsuit and collecting its arguments, then adapting the lawsuit on its arguments. Then write the pleadings and defenses and then writing requests.
