My motivation in life is to be part of positive and innovative change: working on projects that improve sustainability, enhance living situations or better companies. At Wageningen University & Research I learned how to analyse communication, build bridges between communities and attain a wide range of roles for a communication and innovation professional. Other activities, such as my volunteer work at Student Rowing Associations W.S.R. Argo and the YMCA-Zutphen, taught me how to be a manager, tackle big problems structured and creatively, organise large activities and be resourceful. I love to work with other people in a team. Learning about more myself through others, achieving goals collectively and solving problems together is what I would like to do in my professional life.
