To meet the organization's training and development needs:- Designing basic, professional/technical, and mandatory training programs and content in collaboration with relevant departments.- Preparation and updating of training materials.- Identifying internal and external sources for training, planning approved training sessions, and organizing the training process.- Efficient management of various channels, such as classroom training, online training, and workshops.- Measuring and evaluating changes in participants' knowledge levels by preparing exams on relevant subjects.- Completing all infrastructure and hardware requirements necessary for training.- Inventory provision for the training room under organizational management.- Observing and increasing the motivation of personnel during the training process and managing the onboarding process for new employees, aiming to reduce "training turnover."In light of the changes brought about by the pandemic:- Conducting training sessions through Microsoft Teams.- Taking on the role of a test user in company projects and contributing to training organization or process improvements with test results.- Analyzing company expenses and proposing improvements, and organizing announcements and training if necessary.- Providing process improvement consultancy.

• Providing prompt support to subscribers experiencing internet or phone connectivity issues to ensure a swift and permanent resolution of the problem.• Identifying the root cause of problems with extended resolution times and resolving them through corporate channel management.

• Being responsible for the sale of technical support service packages and providing post-sales support in this regard.• Ensuring in-store resolution of Windows/MacOS and Android/IOS installation, data transfer, and software issues.• Selling and providing support for products such as power banks, durable screen protectors, smart IP cameras, and antivirus software.• Assisting customers within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 in the post-sales support team, including non-warranty product repairs (primarily notebooks).

• Resolving software issues for IT devices (mobile phones, tablets, computers).• Ensuring customer satisfaction focused on addressing the customer's issue within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.• Delivering replaced products to supplier companies.• Sending customer products for service within the legal timeframe and monitoring the process.
