Working on implementing a 120 workstation upgrade for the industrial complex. Includes investigation of application updates for software implemented under XP and Windows 7. Technology needed included imaging, deployment tools, Sysprep configuration, testing, training and support of other team members and their integration with the project. Co-led weekly team meetings and project tracking for upper management. Helped to implement and train rest of company on Teams. Also was requested to Co-lead Exchange Security Team, reviewing configurations and make recommendations for improvements to the corporate security environment. Was team member on critical COVID remote computing setup to allowing key mill personnel to continue to manage and maintain the site.From the IT Manager Blaine Lewis: Al Bergstein is an exceptional IT professional. He was key in supporting our project to rollout Windows 10 work stations to replace our many old Windows 7 work stations. He works professionally and helpfully with the end user.
