As part of the strategic leadership team, was responsible for leading business line and product profitability analytics; coordination, review, and consolidation of corporate rolling forecast; analysis of M&A, and risk analytics. Directed a team of financial and risk analysts and a database programmer. Key deliverables included business line and product performance results, corporate earnings forecasts, short/long range financial plans, continual balanced scorecard enhancement and reporting, and credit risk analyses and reports. Contributing participant in the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk management committee, commercial and consumer credit risk committees, and ALCO.

Provided strategic planning, analytical support, and reporting to bank executives of the former Union Planters Bank. Collaborated with market CEOs and CFOs to improve profitability and efficiency at the product and market level. Coordinated corporate-level strategic planning; forecasting; budgeting; and analysis with senior officers to include monthly financial reviews, strategic pricing support, budget review and consolidation, quarterly earnings estimates, and strategic projects such as due diligence for small bank acquisitions, branch consolidations, and new product launches. Responsible for managing funds transfer pricing and partnering with Treasury group to develop net income base forecast used in corporate forecast model. Key contributor in the Bank’s ALM and profitability committees.

Supported business development effort by providing price structure modeling, relationship/product profitability analysis, and marketing/cross-sell analytics to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
