Worked as a full stack developer on two long-running projects, both for the same big household name client (an electronics manufacturer). Both projects were in mid sized multinational teams of developers, QAs, DevOps and architects.The first project was design/development of a low level data collecting Windows service, tightly coupled with hardware (there was a custom machine-dependent component). The app included a desktop application to provide users with UI to control some advanced features of the device via the windows service.I worked on designing/development new features, mostly in the UI, but also on the Windows service component.Tech stack on the first project: .NET Framework 4.5-4.7, WPF, MVVM, SQLite, MQTT.The second project was application support of an airplane ticket booking system. Worked as a back end developer on a mid-sized project for a big international company in heavy industry. The project was about designing a new cloud-based architecture for an existing standalone desktop application and implementing it. Actively participated in architecture design, documenting the process, development, code reviews, testing. Partly participated in setting up CI/CD. The tech used was mostly Microsoft stack: WebAPI RESTful Services, C#, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, MongoDB, Nunit, Moq, React.JS (for WebUI).The architecture adopted was Microservices with deployment ecosystem implemented on Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins. The team was distributed across US, Russia and India, strict SCRUM was used. Team tools were Git (on Bitbucket), Jira, Confluence, Skype and Skype For Business.

Was part of a team responsible for technical support, maintenance and further development of a number of in-house web systems (golf related web sites). The systems I supported is a set of 24/7 public web sites with hudreds of visitors at any given moment (sometimes it grew to thousands and even tens of thousands).The other system is a complex SAAS web system with hundreds of corporate clients which also had to work 24/7. The system is an ad-hoc club membership app with intricate booking system. It included multiple components, both software and hardware.I was responsible for resolving tech support requests which were forwarded to me via ticketing system (Zendesk), chat (Microsoft Teams) and phone.The technologies and tools I used were ASP.NET (MVC and Web Forms), C#, IIS, MS SQL, Jenkins, Zendesk, AWS.
