•Technical Lead/Resource person pertaining to any hardware/software issues before escalating to 3rd level support.•Provide first and second level support to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving items such as the following:o Desktop/Laptopo Printer and Scannerso Operating Systemo Common off the shelf (COTS) applications (MS Office 2007/2010/2013, Adobe acrobat, etc.)o Network Connectivity/Access (User Accounts, Email, VPN, Internet and LAN)o Video/Audio… Show more •Technical Lead/Resource person pertaining to any hardware/software issues before escalating to 3rd level support.•Provide first and second level support to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving items such as the following:o Desktop/Laptopo Printer and Scannerso Operating Systemo Common off the shelf (COTS) applications (MS Office 2007/2010/2013, Adobe acrobat, etc.)o Network Connectivity/Access (User Accounts, Email, VPN, Internet and LAN)o Video/Audio Conferencing.o Mobile Communication devices (Blackberry, Smartphone)•Responds to telephone calls, e-mails and other means of request for technical support and ensure that the incidents has been logged to Service Now(ticketing System) and resolve within the agreed SLA and Ensures that the end-users are completely satisfied with the support provided.•Dedicated Support for LES-MES Systems in Production floor.•Perform Laptop/Desktop replacement/deployment, imaging, upgrades, installation of software and drivers and essential desktop troubleshooting.•Network Cabling Installation for new/existing user.•Manage Computer/User Accounts in Active Directory.•Daily server back-up monitoring and daily delivery/pull-out of back-up tapes to/from accredited third party vendor for offsite safekeeping.•Manage the releasing and Suppression of MS Security Patches of all Sales Offices workstations to prevent/lessen the network congestion.•Monitor Network Connectivity of all Provincial Remote Sales Offices and provide first level Troubleshooting before escalating to 2nd and 3rd Level Support.•Utilize remote management tools to assist users and resolve issues.•Installation, Configuration and maintenance of Barcode Printer in Bartender for LES Label re-printing in Pre-Prod Environment.•IT Security Compliance Monitoring which includes SCCM client installation/repair, Anti-Virus(SCEP2012,FEP) and DCM Baseline.•Ensures completion of IT-related project tasks delegated.•Other Ad-Hoc Jobs as requested by the management.
