• Management and supervision of all drillfloor activities • Responsible for well control and safety during activities on the drillfloor• Joined new built rig Maersk Interceptor and developed crew from green to world class performers • Achieved the highest distance drilled on the Norwegian Continental shelf in 2017, for AkerBP on the Ivar Aasen field, 1754m total over 24 hours, achieving world class efficiency, 394m/day dry hole on the Rushmore scale.• Succesfully performed HPHT operations on AkerBP’s Kark well. • Succesfully performed subsea drilling operations from jack up rigs on various projects for Spirit Energy and Dong Energy.• Succesfully performed MPD operations on Equinor’s Martin Linge field.
