Provide consulting services in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate space related to Information Technology and Accounting.

Senior Executive responsible for all information systems at the firm. The ConAm Companies operate ten Corporate & Regional offices as well as manage roughly 380 property locations at any time with 1,600 associates. The IT Department has an annual operating budget of $3.2 million for staffing, hardware and software with 18 full-time associates that are broken down into three teams: Operations, Business Applications/ Development and Purchasing/Administration. Key objectives and accomplishments in this role are: • Developing and executing an IT vision, strategy and plan of implementation that is aligned with the business goals of ConAm.o Right-sized the IT organization in terms of quantity of needed resources and the quality of those resources.o Updated and standardized the technology platform to leverage the technology to support efficiencies within the business.• Successfully leading, developing and managing people, vendors and other talent to build a productive organization and improve the value of the IT system to both internal and external customers.• Assist and advise the company’s leadership as to balancing short and long-term competing business priorities and resources relative to IT resources.• Proactively communicate with internal business leaders in order to understand business processes and identify opportunities to apply IT solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the business operation.

Overall responsibility for all information systems and accounting operations with the following significant accomplishments: • Development of back office systems, including Investor Management and Capital Call systems.• Leadership and management of Accounting and IT Departments as well as the consultants for business systems and website development.• Chairman of IT Committee.• Quarterly investor reporting: rebuilt process to fully automate, reduced delivery time by 66%. • Automated Accounts Payable processing, raised integrity and efficiency and resulted in a 2.5 FTE reduction and via staff reduction and redeployment of resources to more critical business processes.• Rebuilt delivery systems for K1 and Prospectus distribution which reduced distribution costs and resource needs.
