• Preparation of individual store inventory process throughout company• Ensure accurate counts and status cutoffs are achieved• Manage internal and external inventory teams• Effectively communicate to entire team the inventory process• Manage entire inventory process• Liaison between corporate office and store-side management on the inventory process• Provide scheduling to ensure accurate counts and timely completion of each section• Audit inventory counts, evaluate discrepancies and provide plan of action for updates• Communicate process, counts and discrepancies to store and corporate management• Mentor and train store management of most effective ways to complete this process• Communicate prior to inventory expectations to each store to ensure proper inventory readiness

• Review, evaluate and respond to operational issues pertaining to store inventory, with sales over 35 million dollars• Monitor and ensure store management and other personnel are adhering to company guidelines on shrink • Proactively identify and correct potential areas of shrink • Implement and monitor shrink tracking programs• Effectively manage a store wide Safety Program to ensure Workers Compensation and General Liability claims are minimized• Perform routine safety audits on premise• Provide and implement new programs to increase safety for staff and customers• Ensure Hazardous Materials program complies with federal guidelines• Investigate all aspects of shortages• Mentor and train Loss Prevention personnel as well as other key store personnel on Safety and Shrink Awareness
