15 years experience in the construction industry, including 7 years in a management role. Building and renovating residential properties is the bulk of my work. I also have training in plastering for large scale industrial and commercial projects.I have also devoted much of my spare time to learning the ins and outs of the real estate market. I have worked side by side with agents and investors for ten years, and I have taken classes in preparation for the NY state real estate license. Real estate is still a past time of mine that I hope to turn into my primary career one day.
