I am an experienced bilingual, multi-cultural user researcher, design leader and educator. I have experiences leading multidisciplinary teams in both agency and in-house setting. My latest chapter is working as a founding member in an early stage startup. I have 14+ years of experiences in the design and innovation field. During this time, I am fortunate enough to work with clients ranging from airline, e-commerce, entertainment, finance, internet, loyalty program, manufacturing, to service industries. Before I relocated to Hong Kong, I helped founded PEBBO Experience Design. An innovation and design agency with emphasis on user research and human centered design approach. As CEO, I built and led a multidisciplinary team working with clients on product/service design, brand/product strategy, corporate culture transformation and innovation roadmaps.During the early days of my career, I worked at IDEO in Silicon Valley and Shanghai for 7 years in various roles. The experiences at IDEO helped built the foundation of my career aspiration.
