With well over 20 years in the industry, David Albert provides his clients with the experience, professionalism and industry knowledge to help assist them in the successful acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, land and build-to-suit opportunities along with tenant and landlord representation.Prior to joining CBRE, David served as Vice President of Flagler Real Estate Services (formerly Codina Group) for over 17 years. David’s past experience includes leading the sales and leasing for such notable projects including Beacon Lakes, South Florida’s largest master planned business park; Beacon Industrial Park, an 800,000 SF Class “A” industrial park in Miami’s Airport West Marketplace and Beacon at 97th Avenue, a 500,000 SF industrial park also located in the Miami Airport Marketplace. Most recently, David and his team lead the successful leasing of DCT Commerce Center, a 335,000 SF distribution project in Miami’s Airport West marketplace. In addition to his significant experience leading some of South Florida’s most successful industrial projects, David also has represented such international freight forwarding and 3PL Leaders including Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Schenker and Schenker Logistics. David presently represents Schenker and Schenker Logistics in all their real estate operations in the US including disposition, site selection, lease/sale negotiations and related facility management and consulting.
