The three companies together are the world's number one in their field of expertise!The A. de Jong Group employs about 300 people.With its expertise (through intense R&D efforts) in the field of Energy & Environmental Technology the business belongs to the most successful companies of the Netherlands and earned a (Financieel Dagblad) Gazelle nomination and award in 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013 respectively, being amongst Holland's fastest growing companies. De club groeide qua inkomsten zo'n 10-15% per jaar, tussen 2012 en 2017, en was daarmee de snelst groeiende club uit het betaalde voetbal gedurende deze periode. Tegelijkertijd werd de schuldenlast flink afgebouwd en hoorde Excelsior bij mijn vertrek tot de 5 gezondste clubs van Nederland!
