Supported a windows environment, workstations, servers, and printers. I installed and maintained satellite internet, and ISP connections. I worked in operations, installed and supported Tapestry system. Trained at Tapestry and supported, monitored missions via Tapestry. Provided real time Intel to teams using LMCC and ROC intel, (9 line and QFR when needed.) Submitted GTR requests to LMCC and ROC for convoy and PSD movements. Attended badge class at Baghdad Embassy for MNF-I badge, and assisted with DOD and LOA paperwork.

 I provided network services, Web Application hosting and Application remote access. I designed and implemented networks for small to medium sized businesses. Most of my clients used Microsoft Based Networks. I was recently in New Orleans helping with infrastructure rebuilds, networks, phone systems for CCG & Associates. I installed and secured wireless networks for offices, buildings and campus deployment. Troubleshoot and repaired laptops, workstations, and servers. I’ve done clean install’s of Microsoft sever 2k and setup a domain with VPN access to secure files or applications. I performed firmware updates and programming of devices. GPS, Blackberry’s, Cell Phones.
