Supervises all Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Sanitary) for both building constructions – Network Enterprise Center and Battalion Headquarters.Inspects all Mechanical works in conformance to the Project Specifications. Prepares inspection reports and technical queries.Interprets drawings and details then provides technical assistance to site construction for all Mechanical works. Prepares methodology and work plans in accordance to the Unified Facilities Guide Specification (UFGS)

Free-lancing as Construction Engineer in various private Construction Firms and assisting in Mechanical Estimation works for plumbing, air-conditioning and fire protection systems.Calculates material and labor costs required as per project requirements and specifications.

Supervises the HVAC and Plumbing Systems installation works for fourteen (14) buildings which include a Main Control Building, Fire Station, Laboratory, (6) Substations and (5) Instrument and Equipment Shelters.Answers all Technical Queries and assists subcontractors with regards to site clarifications, solutions that pertain to HVAC and Plumbing works hindrances.Performs material quantity take off for HVAC and Plumbing disciplines for actual requirement to complete the construction.Analyzes and Coordinates design changes and other modifications to subcontractors for site implementation.Prepares daily and monthly progress reports which include manpower and equipment loading with respect to the project’s completion schedule.Attends weekly coordination meeting with other disciplines to enable smooth transition of workflow and to lessen obstructions and clashes on site.Ensures that all permanent materials used and work methodology are within Project Specifications and Standards.

Supervises Mechanical Works at site mainly Process Piping and Equipment erection works. Ensures that all works are within the safety parameters and as per Project Specifications and Standards.Performs weld mapping of Piping Isometrics (IFC) for fabrication Initiates change requests for the variation to the scope of work. Conducts field verification of the changes and directs the estimate, costing and determination of man – hours required for the change order.Performs material take – off for actual piping quantity inclusive of valves, bolts, nuts, instruments and other accessories; these quantities are then used during reconciliation and clarification during project close – out.Raises technical queries in the event of technical discrepancies on Project Specifications, site obstructions and difficulties.Prepares monthly report of engineering (mechanical) work accomplishments, restraints, opportunities, additional works, remedial measures and updates for inclusion in Project Management report to client and management.Interprets IFC drawings (Mechanical and Process Piping) and assists field personnel for proper implementation of work on site.Provides technical assistance to field work with regards to Process Piping and Equipment installation works. Ensures that all permanent materials are within the approved specification and quality.Prepares various technical reports, write – ups and correspondences.
