Cost optimization from acquisition to series production, budget control, capacity analysis, operative headcount planning and labor cost control, operations strategy check up and implementation, assistant general manager to achieve GM and EBIT target.

Project initiation/planning/executing/controlling/closing on whole project period from product development/design review/QTP and approbation/materials preparation/production line set up/trial run and production ramp up 6 months.

Manage multiple projects from new product development phase to mass production, Lead a target-oriented interdisciplinary project team to achieve project completion on Timing/Quality/Cost. Customers include Bosch, Siemens, SB&D and TTI. Design team are from German, Swiss, shanghai and USA. Production process includes injection, stamping, SMT and assembly.

From NPI (EVT, DVT and PVT) stage to MP (Ramp, MP) stage, responsible for process and quality control for PCBA and assembly of server computer product, customers include Intel、NEC、Blue Coat and LSI.

In charge of analysis and solving of defective component, management and evaluation of supplier quality system. Materials include Connector, capacitor, electronic module, IC, HDD, FDD, CPU and so on.

In charge of quality of metal cutting die component and plastic injection molding and plastic plating parts, analysis and solving of defective component on product line, management and evaluation of supplier quality system.
