OVERVIEW The BRIMS (Bruce Reactor Inspection Maintenance System) in conjunction with the RAB (Reactor Area Bridge) is the mechanism used to deliver FCH (Fuel Channel) Inspection and Maintenance tooling to target FCHs identified for inspection during Planned Outages. Removal of the CHAD (Channel Access Device) from the RAB is not required for all but SLAR tool changes thus reducing inspection duration and Radiation dose to personnel.PROJECT DESCRIPTION Prepare BRIMS for Execution to deliver ANDE (Advanced Non-destructive Examination), CWEST (Channel Wet Scrape Tool), Replica & SLAR (Spacer Location and Repositioning) tooling, to pre-designated FCHs. Project ScopePre-Execution Mobilization, Testing & Integration. Vault Execution & Contingency troubleshooting/repair. Post Execution Maintenance, Modification & De-Mobilization

Coordinate maintenance activities report to various planning departments, trouble shoot implementation problems and implement solution. Produce plan to accomplish work on assigned systems update and report daily to planning department. Interact with Engineering, System Window Managers, System Window Coordinators, Maintenance, Operations and Safety departments.

Identify all tasks and departments required to successfully complete the West Shifting of Bruce Unit3 Pressure Heat Transport Tubes. Provide information to Engineering allowing Electrical and Plant breathing air Temporary Configuration Changes to streamline execution.

Commissioning walk downs of all plant equipment modifications and installations. RUNNING Crews on special projects, Assessing all mechanical Projects for Department.

Set up QA system, to allow auditing of inspection processes, assist research Engineering to set up product testing and experimentation, implement detailed inspection procedures and calibration schedules.
